
Summer Challenge
Let's start Summer with some spice!
It's simple, 10 days, 5-15 minutes per day with Barre, Pilates and (brand new!) Yogalates classes that can be completed anywhere your beautiful heart desires! It's as easy as setting up your mat, loading the video on your phone and away you go. The challenge has been designed to bring some spice into your summer by creating quick challenging workouts to get your sweat and remind yourself why you enjoy moving your body!
How do I sign up?
All you have to do is become a online member by either:
- $5/week, cancel at anytime, or
- $100/6 months, save $30 compared to weekly membership!
Do I need any equipment?
For the most part, I have purposely designed this challenge so that you can do it anywhere at anytime (think a beautiful park or even at the beach!). All you'll need is a mat and something to lean against for the barre classes (e.g. a chair, couch or table). Some of the classes recommend the use of a prop (hand weights, a Pilates ball or just a cushion), however they could still be completed without them.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Each class is only 5-15mins long, suitable for all levels. I usually offer variations of exercises so choose the one that works for you.
